It was an EXTREMELY close race all the way through but the winner by one vote is me, Ryan with a retro All-Star Game concept. You can see the winning concept under the 2011 COTY tab. This concept was COTW for January 24-30, then won January's Concept of the Week vote and now just won the 1st Quarter vote. This concept is the first of 4 semi-finalist which we will determine with more polls throughout the year. This concept will go up against the 3rd Quarter winner later this October.
