Wednesday: Round 2!
Hey everyone! Sorry about the slight tardiness of today's post but due to technical difficulties and the fact me and my roommates just got some last minute Blackhawks tickets things have been hectic. I went to the Hawks vs. Wild game 5 where the Hawks closed out the series and let me tell you, there is nothing like the atmosphere at an NHL playoff game. If you ever have the opportunity to go, you do it.
Also, my condolences to any and all Leafs fans... I'm a Chicago Cubs fan and boy do I know how that goes...

Nashville Predators Concept - (Brady S.)

Brady's Nike series continues today with a Nashville concept that swaps out the traditional white jersey for yellow. I like the idea but they currently use the yellow as their dark so I feel there might be some issues with that. I do like the striping pattern but not as much on the blue jersey. Overall nice jersey

Dylan presents to us what I'm assuming would be a new third jersey for the Bears. I love that color scheme but I don't care for the striping pattern. Way too busy in my opinion.

Pittsburgh Penguins Stadium Series Jersey - (Mike S.)

Mike presents us with a jersey proposed for next years Soldier Field game. It's basically one of the early 90's jerseys in blue. As much as I like the Penguin's blue jerseys I think this time around they should go with "black and yellow"

Stephen gives the Av's their old jersey scheme back an dit looks good. Maybe one day this will really happen. Not very creative though.

Trevor gives the Jackets a whole new look. I like how patriotic the striping is and outside of the state shaped box the C is in I like it.

Brady's Nike series also includes this New York Rangers set that ditches the diagonal script for the old school shield. Lateral move in my opinion but I like how the striping is consistent.

Dylan's Hershey Bears for COTW
Hey Dylan how do you get the logos/crest's texture on your jerseys?
@Avi - In Photoshop I take each color that's in the logo and make a separate layer for each color. From there I give a soft bevel and drop shadow. Then I find a texture and make the opacity to 13% for each layer.

I wish to second Ryan's nomination of Dylan's Hershey Bears for COTW. I have to disagree respectfully - I think the striping is AWESOME! Mind when it comes to striping I like to see more rather than less. I guess I have a bias eh!
@Tederifico - I figured some would like it. It's not that it's a bad pattern, I'm just not a huge fan of it.

@DBro - Understandable. That is why we have these forums right! That's what makes this fun for everyone, we can discuss our like and dislikes and compare!
That said, is there any question that my opinion is the right one (okay that's a joke people...simmer....Charlie Simmer.)
I'm gonna second Dylan's Hershey concept for COTW. It makes me want to eat chocolate-covered gummy bears.
