We have five January COTW winners and will commence the monthly COTW vote. All entrants are in the COTW-January poll on the side of the page. Log into a Google account (poll will not appear if you are not logged in) and place your vote until the Friday noon Eastern deadline.

The first set of Concept of the Week nominees for February are in (February 2-8). They are listed in the COTW (Feb 2-8) poll on the side of the page. Again, log into a Google account to make them appear and place your vote before Friday at noon Eastern time.

Here are the Week 1 results of The Season.

Week 2 features some interesting match-ups. Team Brazil is the home squad against the Aurora Tigers. The Marlies host their ECHL affiliate the Orlando Solar Bears. And in the Mega Match-up the Canucks are home to the Senators and Avalanche.

The Team USA hockey teams have made some very intriguing jersey choices for their teams. Let's explore further...

Most of you are probably familiar with the blue jersey that Team USA wears during IIHF competitions.

What you may not be aware of is the far superior (in my opinion) blue jerseys that the USA Sled Hockey team wears outside of Olympic competition.
