Considering the shake-up in the Sabres' front-office. Along with the fact that it's incredibly close to the biggest shopping day (in the US) of the year, Black Friday, and the jersey is still not available on Shop.NHL.com. Is it now safe to assume that the yellow Sabres 3rd jersey will be one of those jerseys that never sees the light of day? Will it join that St. Louis Blues jersey in a storage closet? If we get to November 30 and still haven't heard anything more about the jersey I'd suggest that it has been swept under the rug in hopes that we all forget about it.
Remember that scene in Wayne's World where Wayne and Garth are outside playing street hockey? Then Wayne's ex, Stacey, rides by on a bike and is starring at Wayne. Then she slams into that car and flips ass-over-heels. Great scene. How many people who read this blog were even born when that movie came out (1992)? Anyways, that has nothing to do with anything except for a reminder TO VOTE!!!!

Sad to say not only was I born, but I had just about graduated high school. It was party time and indeed it was excellent.
In fact, that was the movie I went to on a date with my first "real" girlfriend.
Would it be out of line to suggest that some people on this blog are young enough to not even have had a first girlfriend or boyfriend?
I sure wouldn't be sad to hear that Sabres jersey thrown under the bus.
The only reason I want it to be "officially unveiled" is so EA can release the alternate jersey code for NHL 14.

I agree with Tyler. I've been waiting to use Calgary's new third for a while, since my BAP got drafted by the Flames. However, if the Sabres don't release the jersey, EA will probably just have a title update that has the Flames third and removes the placeholder for the Sabres.
I think I read an Icethetics article about the jerseys being worn on the 24th against the Red Wings. I can't find it anymore. I guess it isn't likely but we'll see.
Will I be the only one disapointed, if those Cape jerseys never hit the ice?
I want to see what a 2-sided jersey will look like. It's a unique feature than hasn't ever been done before, in hockey.
I just hope that Dylan Wonka would roll up his sleeves and design the best ever 3 rd sweater for " Sabres"... Dylan, can you hear me? This is a perfect time to do it, as Ryan posted that current " Sabres " third was not kosher.
