Sunday: 3rd Quarter Winner!!!
The winner of the 3rd Quarter Vote was Jake88!
Jake also won the 2nd Quarter Vote, so that's an impressive 6 month span for him here on HJC. It also ensures that Jake will have at least one concept in both of the Concept of the Year Semi-Final Votes. Well done Jake.
The winner of the COTW vote for October 13-19 was Dylan N!
The new COTW nominees for October 20-26 have been listed on the side of the page. Click that banner to see the nominated concepts or simply go to the CONCEPT OF THE WEEK page. Voting ends on Friday and always remember that anyone can vote by simply emailing your vote in. Send them in with your concepts! It's really simple.
This week I put the call out for a HJC 5th anniversary logo. I got ONE submission. I'll take submissions again this week if you want to put something together and send it in. The chosen logo will be used for the entire month of November!
Have you seen the new "Crosscheck" jerseys available?
Obviously sales of the "Black Ice" series must have gone so well that the next logical step needed to be taken.
We have all black jerseys, now lets lighten them up a bit! Don't worry though, one of these bad boys will only set you back $170 with a player name and number. I expect to see a room dedicated to these black and grey jerseys someday at the Hall of Fame. BTW, that was all sarcasm.
Also on a jersey note, if you like the Ducks' 3rd jersey from last year, the US shop.NHL.com has it on for $74, with custom cresting. Not too bad of a deal!
I finally got my Quad City Mallards entry in this week. You have until the end of Friday to get yours in. As I am writing this we currently sit at 65 entries and I really hope we can hit 80. What a thrill someone will get, to see something that was born in their imagination come to life on the ice!

Haha Christina L.
And why did they make Tim Thomas Bruins Jerseys?
those "Crosscheck" jerseys look terrible.
Yup, they look sort of cool, but why in the world would someone spend 170$$ when you can actually get a real jersey. I don't get it.
