Saturday: Survey Says...
Congrats! Well done! You've made it to another Saturday. Good for you. Reward yourself and don't even bother putting pants on this weekend. Just shut it down until Monday.
The winner of the COTY-April vote was Tristan P's Capitals concept.
The winner of the COTW vote for May 10-16 was Jamie R. and his Leafs 100th anniversary concept. This is Jamie's 1st COTW win, I think.
The new COTW nominees for May 17-23 have been listed on the side of the page. Click on that banner to see the concepts or go to the CONCEPT OF THE WEEK tab. After viewing the jerseys, email your vote to HJC before Friday at 11:59pm Eastern. Or you can join the COTW Mailing List and be reminded to vote by email every week. It makes it very easy to vote, as all you have to do is respond to the reminder email. Simply email HJC asking to be placed on the COTW Mailing List.
Here are the final two entries into the St. John IceCaps ReDesign.
It's now time to vote! This is our typical Top 5 vote. Votes are left on the competition page and are due by 11:59pm Eastern on Friday. A pool of 13 entries to choose from this week. Click the banner at the top of the page to see the entries or you can go to the ICECAPS COMP tab.
If you're a logo designer and you want to get started on the next competition, it will be a comp to design the 2015 HJC Open logo.
In my opinion HJC doesn't work well in its current format. Readers are down, concept submissions are down, posts are late, and things are getting stale. These are only my opinions though. This blog operates because of contributions from everyone.
That's why I have launched the HJC Survey. Click the banner at the top of the page and answer the 12 questions provided. Collectively, the feedback from HJC readers will dictate what kind of changes will be made to the blog, if any at all.
