Just as the title says, I'm in vacation mode. I'm leaving for Florida on Monday and I'm itchin' to get out of here.

The winners of the Pairs Competition (Logos Division) was the team of Scott G. and Christian L.
The winners of the Pairs Competition (Jerseys Division) were J3 & Taylor R.

Well done everyone who entered. It was a big project and you all should be congratulated for completing it. The lack of entrants this year for the Pairs Comp may mean that it goes away next year, but I've got 12 months to think about that.
As I said at the beginning, I am on vacation next week. That means vacation from the blog too. However there is a competition running while I am away.
Get Your Own Jersey is an AHL competition where you guys design a jersey for teams that simply copy their parent clubs' jerseys. You can have up to 9 entries in this comp, but be sure to READ THE RULES! Entries are due on Sunday at 11:59pm Eastern.
As an added bonus for this competition, many entries will be reviewed each day as they come in! We won't have regular concepts this week, just competition entries. The winner of the competition will also be the COTW winner for May 3-9!
So I'm off to Disney World now. Yeah, I'm one of those crazy Disney people. This is my 12th time to Disney World, plus I've been on the Disney Cruise and I've been to Disneyland once. I'll leave you with a great Disney joke by Jim Gaffigan and a reminder to vote for COTW.
