The winner of the COTW vote for June 17-23 was Taylor R!
Ouch, another head-to-head vote where Avi gets the short end of the stick. Well we all know what Avi is capable of. He'll win plenty COTW votes. Congrats to Taylor who presented a pretty slick Everett Silvertips concept. We'll see it next week for our COTW-June vote.
The new COTW nominees for June 24-30 have been listed in the black poll on the side of the page. You can also see the concepts by clicking the link there or by going to the CONCEPT OF THE WEEK tab. Those logged into their Google account can place their vote up until Friday at noon Eastern.
The Round Robin of the HJC Open has concluded. Here's how the voting went down...
The votes determined the 16 who advanced to the brackets. Then we took those 16 and seeded them based on the following criteria:
What bracket you are in is important because you're not reseeded after each round. Right now if I look at my match-up against Austin E. I know that whoever wins will face the winner of J3 and Brain C. I'm really looking forward to the 2 vs 15 match-up of Taylor R. versus defending Open Champion, CPM. Both of those guys were semi-finalists last year and now one of them will be out after this round!
I came across CanadianJerseySuperstore.com and I noticed that they make Minnesota North Stars jerseys in an Edge style template. So I did a little mock-up just for fun.
I've never ordered anything from this website so I have no clue how good their products are. Just to be clear, I'm not endorsing these guys nor am I saying stay away from them.

Just curious. Is there a reason my Prussia concept wasn't included in the voting? It got nominated, seconded, and thirded if I recall correctly.
Wow. I was certain I was going to be a 16 seed.
I actually think this is tougher because I have to reorganize my concepts.

@Jordan: About two months ago a HJC week changed from Sunday - Saturday to Friday - Thursday. Your concept should be in next week's vote.
