Saturday: Classic Canadiens
Yesterday afternoon the Montreal Canadiens revealed their 2016 Winter Classic jersey!
It really pains me to praise anything that the Montreal Canadiens do, but this is an excellent jersey. These finally look like old hockey sweaters rather than the striping from old sweaters on Edge jerseys. I really like the stitched font and how unique it is. The collar is perfect as is the shade of blue used. I know a lot of people are jazzed about the globe World Champions patch on the sleeve, but I think it's a little out of place here. I do like that their Winter Classic patch is in French.

The winner of the COTW vote for October 25-31 was Taylor R's Pensacola Ice Pilots concept.
That gives Taylor 3 out of 4 COTW wins in October. That's very impressive and matches Christian L's run from this past summer.
With all of our October COTW winners decided, we can now commence with the COTY-October vote! That's the red poll on the side of the page. You can click the link in the poll or go to the COTY 2015 page to see the concepts entered. Voting will end on Friday at 11:59pm Eastern.
The COTW vote for the week of November 1-7 is up. That's the black poll on the side of the page. Click the link inside that poll or go to the CONCEPT OF THE WEEK tab to see the nominated concepts. Voting ends on Friday at 11:59pm Eastern.
The Rewrite History: World Cup 96 Competition wrapped up on Wednesday. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the voting together until now, so we'll have a winner by this time next week. There were a smaller amount of entries for this one and that gives us an opportunity to try poll voting instead of our usual Top 5.
Go to the REWRITE HISTORY tab and check out the entries. Remember there are two divisions, JERSEYS and LOGOS. Once you've seen all of the entries, scroll down the page a bit and vote in the two polls provided. Voting ends on Friday at 10:59pm Eastern, not 11:59.

Question regarding the Griffins contest: Are we allowed only one entry per person? I've been assuming so, but it wasn't explicitly stated anywhere, so I just wanted to ask to make absolutely sure.
