Wait, that vote ended in a tie! Why does Jake win? As per COTW rules, I withhold my vote until after the deadline to break ties. That needs to be done here and it's better for the blog that others win the Concept of the Year rather than the guy who runs the blog. Here's hoping I win outright next year.

Congrats Jake!!!! Jake's concept went the distance! It was posted on the first day of HJC's 2017 calendar and made it all the way to this point.
