Well done Josiah. Oh look, another first time COTW winner. It's always great to see an artist break through and grab their first win. Whether it's a weekly vote or a competition, I love to see first time winners.
The new COTW nominees for the week of December 6-12 have been listed on the side of the page in the black poll. Click the link in the poll or go to the CONCEPT OF THE WEEK tab to view the nominated concepts. Voting ends on Friday at 11:59pm Eastern.
Hey Ryan, why are there only 3 concepts in the vote when 8 concepts were properly nominated and seconded? I'm glad you asked, you see whenever there are an abundance of properly nominated concepts I have the ability (as per the rules) to simplify a COTW vote. Typically I take only the concepts that were thirded and fourthed and so on and place them into the vote, as I have done this week.
When you read a post and see that the concept that you like has already been seconded for COTW, don't just walk away. Third and fourth and fifth those concepts to ensure they show up in the weekly votes!
We had a three way tie in the Barrie Colts Competition.

Just because we're not completely done our previous competition doesn't mean we can't start a new one. We ReDesigned a bad OHL team, now lets take on a WHL team. Going on this week is the Prince George Cougars ReDesign Competition! Click the black banner at the top of the page to read all of the rules. Entries are due to us by Friday at 10:59pm Eastern. Also be sure to send your entry to the competition email address and not the regular one.
Last night the Toronto Marlies were in Utica to play the Comets.
How beautiful is that game? It seems the Marlies are slowly moving towards making that jersey their full-time home sweater. That might mean a matching blue version. The Comets wore their awesome green alternates, which may not be just the best alternate jersey in the AHL, but the best jersey...period.

That Marlies-Comets game is insanely beautiful!!!
I knew that Colts contest would be close... All of the concepts were great. I hope this cougars contest is just as good!
I went from two jerseys in the COTW vote this week to no jerseys in the COTW vote real quick :/
