Saturday: 7th to 2nd All In A Day's Work
Welcome to HJC's 2nd day of the week!
Okay, so for now it's a little confusing, but this way works best for mostly everyone. I can get the blog's admin work done faster and concepts have more time to be nominated. In case you've been ignoring the blog all week, a HJC week now runs from Friday to Thursday. Saturdays are still used for updates of the previous week's winners and such.

This was Dylan's and Matt's jersey entry from the Pairs Competition. It seems to be very poplar with the readers. We will see how well it does against the rest of the 2nd Quarter winners come July.

Another win this week for Dylan A! This Ice Hogs entry is based on the Blackhawks' 2016 Stadium Series jersey. Dylan's main goal with this concept appears to be to bring back the pig anus logo. Good luck on your anal quest Dylan.
The COTW nominees for the week of May 8-12 have been listed on the side of the page in the black poll. This is a shorter week to adjust to the new schedule, but that didn't mean a smaller number of nominated concepts. Click the link in the banner to see the concepts or go to the CONCEPT OF THE WEEK tab. Voting ends at its new time of Friday at Noon Eastern. You will still need a Google account to vote.
All of the Falcons to Tucson entries are in. The Top 5 vote will now commence. Click the bright red banner at the top of the page to see the concepts or go to the TUCSON tab. If you're logged into your Google account the voting poll will appear just under the slideshow of entries. Be sure to choose five entries and you are allowed to vote for your own. Voting ends at the new deadline time of Noon Eastern on Friday.
This competition ran for two weeks. The idea of the longer submission phase was to allow some of you to really make a great entry. Maybe even try a new template or...gasp!... try making a logo. A lot of entries did submit their own logos. Whether the logos were from scratch or were "frankenstein logos" I sincerely congratulate you on putting in the effort. Well done everyone.
Many people will start thinking about what the next competition will be. I would have prepared a hint for you guys but I was too busy moving all my stuff from 2011. That's all I can say.
