To start, I just want to let everyone know that yesterday HJC had more traffic to this site than any other day in its short history. Thanks everyone.
Last week I wrote that the Colorado Avalanche were one of the least popular teams, concepts wise. I think Brian set out to change that.
Colorado Avalanche concept
Brian made a combination Rockies and Avalanche jersey. He also fulfilled two of the least met criteria when it comes to jersey concepts. 1) an Avs concept 2) a WHITE concept.

Stephan's collection features the 1980 Olympic Team USA white jersey. The 1993 Penguins road jersey. A Malkin 2011 Winter Classic, and a gold 1985 Mario Lemieux jersey. Stephan knew the white jersey at the end was a promo jersey he just didn't know specifics. So I got out my handy-dandy Googler (a computer) and looked it up. The jersey is from a December 2001 Penguins promotion, sponsored by Heinz, called "Go For the Gold". It was to honour the upcoming 2002 Winter Games in Salt Lake City. Other teams featured in the series, along with Stephan's Czech jersey, were Team USA, Russia and Canada.
