----------------------------------------------------------------------

Salem Blue Devils concepts (by Brady)
Decent concept and good execution. This one start to just feel like a striping and logo template has been used. The you just plug in the team colours and logo and WHAM you have a concept. 7/10

Florida Panthers concept (by Felix T.)
The execution on this one is getting better. Quality of the image is still lacking, but the design of the jersey is decent. The biggest issue would be the TV numbers on the back, which would show #41 instead of #14. Also the NOB seems gigantic. 5/10

New Jersey Devils concept (by Jeremy T.)
The execution looks decent, but I think the logo needs a white outline. I know it's a black version of the retro jersey, but I personally don't think that the yoke outline is needed. Finally, the TV numbers seem too high on the sleeve and perhaps too small. 6/10

Peoria Rivermen concept (by NB14)
There's nothing overly wrong about the decisions made on this concept. There's just nothing here that makes this exciting or interesting. The logos aren't big or bold enough to make any kind of impact and the numbers on the back also look too small. I think some yellow trim, or any colour trim could start to help this one. 6/10

Bridgeport Sound Tigers concepts (by Cody)
Except for the team name and the numbers, I like what Cody has done with the Islanders' farm team here. I like the stripes which look similar to New York's, but obviously they are different. The shoulder yokes also seem to work well too. This is also Cody's best executed concept to date. 8/10

New York Islanders concept (by MasonII)
This one is pretty straight forward and would be pretty hard to argue against. It's bright, unique, fits with the Islanders, and the concept itself is well executed. 8/10

New York Islanders concept (by Brandon C.)
I know. Two concepts previous I said that I liked the yokes, but then on this concept I feel like it doesn't fit well with the stripes. If they were thick blue stripes flanked by two thin orange and white stripes, I may like the yokes. Well executed here too! 7/10

St. Thomas Aquinas Saints concepts (by Brady)
I hope that this is the school's crest...and a quick Google search shows me that they do have a crest, but it doesn't appear to be the one shown above. Anyways, there's so much going on in the crest that I think the shoulder yokes take away some attention. Attention that the crest needs to see everything that's there. I'd also go with a light blue collar on the dark jersey. 7/10

Buffalo Sabres concepts (by Tyler G.)
It really is a shame that this wordmark won't be on any Sabres jersey in the near future. It really seems quite versatile and could be place on almost any Buffalo jersey. These era mash-up jerseys by Tyler are really great. COTW nom from me! 8/10

Pittsburgh Penguins concept (by Kyle C.)
I like the unique stripes and yokes. The yokes are different enough for me to not consider them "Bruins' yokes". In my opinion these stripes are the perfect setting for "Robo-Penguin" rather than the traditional logo. 8/10

Quad City Mallards concepts (by Darren H.)
This team may have the best minor league logo in North America! I personally prefer the new colours rather than the older colours that Darren has used. The one thing I would like to see is the hem stripe match the design of the arm stripes. 7/10

Mississauga Steelheads concepts (by Scott M.)
Scott sent this in before the actual jerseys were revealed. However, even he had the right idea to make the team look like the Leafs. These would even be unique to the Steelheads now anyways, as the Leafs don't use that white jersey anymore and the blue concept here has never been used. 8/10

Ryan, the logo I used is a modified version of the school crest, which is used by STA for hockey. You can see it on their twitter page. https://twitter.com/sta_hockey
