-------------------------------------------------------------

On to today's concepts!

Manchester Monarchs (Thomas H.)

Great to see the purple maintained on these sweaters despite the Kings dropping it from their colour scheme. This sweater set works really well for Manchester, and the pattern for the purple jersey would make a great alternate for the Kings. 8/10.

Dallas Stars (Mason H.)

A couple solid ideas for a stars Winter Classic uniform. I really like the white sweater, but I really like that you stayed authentic and didn't continue the arm stripes all the way around on the dark sweater (a lot of people forget that this look existed pre- EDGE). 7/10.

NHL All-Stars (Caleb F.)

Not a huge fan of this one, it could use some TV numbers. Also I am not stoked on how the vintage white and silver exist on the same jersey (let alone the main crest), too much of a clash between modern flash, and retro. 5/10.

Winnipeg Jets (Allan C.)

A solid set here for the Jets. I am a big fan of this particular striping pattern, but with that being said, so are many other people, and at this point it is a tad overused. Other than that, no real problems with it. 7/10.

Albany River Rats (Andrew G.)

I am a big an of the outline of the shoulder yokes, the Devils might need to take a cue! I also really love the alternate logo. 8/10.

Florida Panthers (Caleb F.)

The jersey pattern on this one looks pretty good, but I m not a fan of yellow and blue being dropped from the palate. There are already enough red and black teams in the league. 5/10.

St. Louis Blues (Darren H.)

I really like the striping pattern on these sweaters. They match in a really cool way.  I am not the hugest fan of the shoulder yoke on white sweater as a rule, but this one is really awesome. I am not sold on the logo, it seems like there is too much text. 7/10.

Columbus Blue Jackets (Justin C.)

I really like these sweaters, the civil war soldier head looks really good as a main logo. I also REALLY like the arm striping on the home and road sweaters. The alternate jersey looks stunning as well. I might try to add a bit of light blue to it, but that is a minor thing. 8/10, and a COTW nom from me.

I'm gonna pick on Justin C Blue Jacket concept.
First off, great use of the sergeant stripes on the arms. I would have liked to see it on the front and back hems, but it looks alright without it. The alternate is good but I'm not really a fan of the college-like wordmark or numbers on the front.
My biggest nit-pick is the logo on the primary sweaters. Why is the blue jacket wearing a grey hat? This is a Union soldier right?
And the red collar on the soldier looks...odd. It sort of makes it look like the rest of the uniform might be red as well. The jerseys aren't bad by any means, but I do think that they could use some fixing.
