This is Lucas' 3rd COTW win in a row! One more would tie the record streak of 4 set by Christian L. last year. This also may be the first time in HJC history that the same artist has won back-to-back with a concept for the same team. Lucas won last week's COTW with a Jets concept.

Winnipeg's ran away with this one by a vote count of 55-6. I thought it would be closer, but I think I should have phrased the question differently. I should have asked which jersey was better overall and I think Edmonton would have received at least a few more votes.

- If the Blues wore their shade of light blue for the Winter Classic, would a blue vs black match-up work?

- I'm loving Antoine Bibeau's (Toronto Marlies) mask for the upcoming Marlies season.

- $150 plus tax (CAD$) for a blank World Cup of Hockey jersey. This is an easy pass for me, no matter what happens in the tournament! To sound like an old guy, I remember when jerseys were $99 each with quality patches and good durability. Hmmm, I wonder why the Chinese knockoff jerseys are so popular?

- I don't get any money for mentioning this, but the best place on the internet to get a jersey is SportsK.com. They also have great deals in the summer! Kings' Stadium Series jersey $50 as of this posting. Habs' Winter Classic $75. Bruins Winter Classic $85. All legit. I've bought from them several times.
