----------------------------------------------------------------

Pittsburgh Penguins concepts (by Jay V.)
As for the black jersey, I kind of like the striping design. The white Thrashers version is just that, a Thrashers jersey in Pens colours. I'm not a fan of that one. Also, if you're not going to show us numbers, then there's no need to show us the blank backs of the jerseys. These could use TV numbers at least though. 5/10

Pittsburgh Penguins concept (by HJC)
I tried to do the Reebok cookie-cutter jersey right. I wanted to get rid of the ridiculous blotches of colours and I based this on the much simpler sock stripes. The numbers are typical Penguins numbers, but the font is more of a bolder sports block font.

Buffalo Sabres concept (by Evan L.)
This jersey looks good in these colours. The execution here though is not good. Something's going on with your fill tool. Also, the yoke outline wasn't coloured black with the rest of the jersey. It's still the Sabres' blue. Could also use some TV numbers or shoulder patches. 3/10

Buffalo Sabres concepts (by Thomas L.)
Thomas keeps the jerseys the Sabres use now, but replaces the laced collar with the more styled collar from the "Buffa-slug" jerseys. Not much of a change, so I don't know why we needed to see this. I appreciate concepts being sent in, but there's not much that doesn't already exist here. 4/10

Edmonton Oilers concepts (by Elias)
I really like these. I don't want to see the Oilers go to these full time, but I still really like these as Oilers sweaters! It's probably the reason why I liked the Chicago Express' jerseys. They looked like these. 8/10

Winnipeg Jets concept (by Tex)
Tex has previously sent in a blue version of this jersey. This one looks good too, but I think there are too many colours on the NOB. You might not be able to see it from a distance. 7/10

Ottawa Senators concepts (by Cody)
These are very good and I would love to see the Sens take the ice in these. A couple of notes, I'd like to see a white outline on the primary logo (red jersey). Also, I would turn the hem stripes 180 degrees. 8/10

Avangard Omsk KHL concept (by Jose)
Avangard lost to Dynamo Minsk in this season's KHL final. With this concept Jose has simplified their jersey from their first two seasons in the KHL. Avangard has one of those "interesting" jerseys that I typically don't like, but I do like how they do their jerseys. This is a nice mod by Jose too. 8/10

Florida Panthers concepts (by Matt D.)
I really like both of these Panthers concepts. I think they both have more life and character than what the Panthers started using this season. I like the slight adjustments to the player numbers and the circle logo is solid. Just remember that your jersey stripes should go over top of your jersey's stitching. 8/10

San Jose Sharks concepts (by Elias)
The teal jersey would just be awesome as a current Sharks 3rd jersey! The fin design in the stripes is just perfect. The only thing better would be bolder numbers. COTW nom from me! 9/10

Boston Bruins concepts (by Bobby P.)
Bobby intends these as fan jerseys and he's supplied both classic and Edge cuts. Bobby and I think these would be cool if the Bruins released them for their 90th anniversary, in a couple of seasons, for all of their retired numbers. 8/10

Quebec Nordiques concept (by Kyle S.)
This is a really good Nordiques update. The darker blue is a nice move as is the logo modification. I think the shoulder patches may be too many fleur de lis on one jersey, but it could also see it working well. It may be one of those things where you would need to see both versions on a player skating around on the ice. 8/10

Wow I love that Nordiques concept! Maybe switching the hem design with matching stripes (arms) would make it less busy? Great work though, I love the darker blue.

On Thomas' Sabres Concepts, I think he was just trying to make them without the grey vertical piping, they look better that way.

I honestly didn't really notice i basically just made the jerseys they wear now, and the striping is a tiny bit different because on the real jerseys the middle stripe doesnt have a silver trim.

I was never a fan of the dark blue Quebec jerseys but Kyle's looks great! COTW nom from me!
