After several weeks in a row of great voter turnout this past vote was disappointing, to say the least. Remember, anyone can vote. All you need is an email address.
The new COTW nominees for September 16-22 have been listed on the side of the page. While we know that Bastian will win COTW this week, it's up to us to decide which concept of his will go forward to the COTY-September vote. Anyone can vote and it ends on Friday.
The Top 5 voting for the Return of the Soviet Union Competition is now underway. Click the banner at the top of the page or go to the USSR COMP tab to see all the entries and to get the voting rules. Please, please, please, remember to send Top 5 votes to the competition email and all other votes to the regular email.

First, you should start by reading the ABOUT/CONTACT HJC page. Once you have read that you should get a good understanding of how and why things happen here. Then go to the CONCEPT OF THE WEEK or COTY 2013 tab and read the "COTW Voting & Nominating Rules" link. Now you're set to navigate the HJC waters.
What if you would like to make a concept yourself? Go to the TEMPLATES page. There you will find everything and anything you need to make a concept. You may have a template in mind that you want to use. I would suggest viewing everything though. There is a lot of great stuff there that people pass over which will really surprise you.
