2018 NHL Entry Draft Logo Released
With the announcement that the 2019 NHL Draft will be in Vancouver for the first time since 2006, it was clear the NHL would have to soon after unveil one of the last missing logos for the 2017-18 season, the draft logo. Today we get that logo!
Much of the same, likely not an outline of British Columbia provincial map though!

The logo is clearly based on the Dallas Star's alternate logo which features a black and green divided version of the Texas state outline. The draft logo features an extra silver outline and the templated script with three stripes and stars underneath it. The script has an extra level of bevelling to match the stars and primary logo when come pared to other years.
For reference here are the NHL shield colours + team's main colours style NHL Entry Draft logos that have been used since the 2010 Draft in Los Angeles.

Each year has seen the same/similar script with 3 stars underneath it (with the exception of last year's in Chicago)and a uniquely shaped outline that features some form of skyline or state outline.
For those curious, this is the script unveiled for the 2019 Draft.
