Sunday: Changes Abound
Hi everybody. Steve he with another Sunday post. While the format of the posts may be changing, as stated by Ryan, let's still take the time to enjoy our current set up.
Don't forget to vote for COTW and to have your ASG redesigns ready.
Let's do this!
Negatives: The alternate is an entire negative for me Ben. It just looks out of place for the Predators with the throwback look but having the current logo on the front of it.
overall: 7.5/10
Negatives: The Art Deco style jersey numbers, while interesting, just don't work well on this. They're difficult to read and throw off the latter two jersey designs.
Overall: 8.75/10 COTW NOMINEE!
Negatives: This seems to be a rehash of multiple designs we've seen done here before. I get that the team would look great but this doesn't stick out in my mind from the other designers who've tried this before.
Overall: 8/10
That's all I got for you guys. Have a good rest of the week and I'll see you this time next week!

Let's do this!
Ben S- Nashville Predators
Positives: To my surprise, I actually like that you made it devoid of blue and really pumped up the yellow and white combination. the Mississippi River Kings did a good job of it prior to their disbanding and the plain, traditional style striping works great. Also, the matching yellow equipment looks great.Negatives: The alternate is an entire negative for me Ben. It just looks out of place for the Predators with the throwback look but having the current logo on the front of it.
overall: 7.5/10
Jordan R- Baltimore Skipjacks
Positives: While hockey is less popular than indoor soccer in Baltimore, I like the subtle approach taken to the jerseys and more emphasis on the logo with the new Skipjacks design. Both the tuna and shield logo look great. Overall, I could see this being an identity for an actual team.Negatives: The Art Deco style jersey numbers, while interesting, just don't work well on this. They're difficult to read and throw off the latter two jersey designs.
Overall: 8.75/10 COTW NOMINEE!
Taylor R- Columus Blue Jackets
Positives: It's nice to see the blue jackets in a more traditional style jersey than the half sleeve monstrosity that they intend to shove down everybody's throats for all eternity. The stars on the ends of the jersey look great and the simple striping to match the Ohio Flag in Columbus' logo works as well.Negatives: This seems to be a rehash of multiple designs we've seen done here before. I get that the team would look great but this doesn't stick out in my mind from the other designers who've tried this before.
Overall: 8/10
