Blues, Hawks, Preds, etc.
Hey all. Sorry for not posting yesterday. A long day at work coupled with the start of the playoffs meant that there was no time for a post. A few reminders as to what is going on here, today is the last day to vote for last week's COTW. COTY-March voting continues until tomorrow at 11:59pm EST. Avalanche ReDesign voting continues until Sunday @ 11:59pm EST. Also, you can leave your first round playoffs predictions on the PLAYOFFS 2011 page.
Chicago Blackhawks concept (by Chris)
Chris altered the Hawks' 3rd jersey here. He's used grey instead of vintage white and has used a pretty cool logo he found (citation included on image). I think that bird is good enough that it didn't need to be put inside the circle. Also, you can't go wrong with this jersey template, really.
Boston Bruins concepts (by Mason)
Mason gives us two versions of a B's yellow jersey. My choice is the bottom one. Which one do you like?
Philadelphia Flyers concept (by Tex)
Tex sends in a really good concept for his Penguins arch rivals. The wordmark on the shoulder is unnecessary, in my opinion. I like how Tex used black in the spacing between the white on orange.
St Louis Blues concept (by Brandon)
Brandon sent in this concept for his team, the Blues. Brandon used the old 80's wordmark on one sleeve and the Cardinals' STL on the other. I like the way the white note logo looks here.
Nashville Predators concept (by Brian)
Great looking grey jersey by Brian. This could definitely work as an actual jersey. Some team eventually has to try a grey jersey in the NHL, right?
