It's time to vote in the Chicago Cougars ReDesign. We've got a Top 5 vote for this one. Click the banner at the top of the page or go to the COUGARS COMP tab to see all of the entries and to read the voting rules. Votes must be placed by Friday at 10:59pm Eastern. Note the time is an hour earlier as this will allow me to count the votes ahead of preparing the Saturday post.
With rookie tournaments starting up this weekend, the season is getting closer and closer. As someone who has fallen into this trap in the past I implore everyone not to get carried away about any team or player during these tournaments or even during preseason. Remember, it's only preseason. I don't care if some guy scores a hat-trick in 5 preseason games. Sure he'll make the team, but the regular season is a completely different animal. I'll give you a great example, go look up Brandon Bochenski or ask a Sens fan about him and preseason.
