_____________________________________________________________________________
Ben S.- Texas Stars
Ben takes us deep in the heart of Texas with this concept for the Stars' AHL counterpart. With such a horizontal logo, the chest stripe is a really nice fit for the primary. The Alternate works as well, though there's really nothing across the three looks that sticks out to me. The primaries are just a touch more than a recolouring of the Habs home sweater and the alternate, while unique, doesn't really have anything that will cause it to stick in my mind after this post. Again, not a huge fan of the Parent club logo on the right breast. I think it'd be much more at home on the shoulders.

Overall Rating: 7.5/10
The Stars at night could shine more bright, deep in the heart of Texas.

Jay S.- Utah Grizzlies

Here we get a second look at Jay's alternate sweaters for our Utah Grizzlies redesign competition. I'll be reviewing them together given how similar they are. First off, I really like the idea of the mountain chest stripe, it's a unique take on the mountain striping that the Avalanche have become known for and it draws attention away from the hideous primary logo currently employed by the Grizzlies. I really like the color distribution on the third and I don't even mind the dark numbers on the dark background. This one is very Stadium Series-esque, almost a combination of the Sharks and Flyers past looks. The fourth is solid as well, but I think the third is the real star here.

Overall Rating: 9.0/10
A Grizzly to be feared. No need to outrun it, just make sure to outrun your friends...

Lucas D.Milwaukee Brewers
Lucas merges my two favourite sports here, giving us a look at the Brew Crew. While a solid look overall, this reminds me of Ben's concept we started the day with as they're isn't much to be remembered by. Seeing your other entries in this series, I know your a big fan of patterned striping and it feels like a big missed opportunity to go with something wheat inspired here. Like I said, a solid look, but not anyhing that's going to make me remember it outside of this post.

Overall Rating: 7.5/10
She's looks just fine, but I'm gonna need a few more brews before she looks anything more than average

That's all for today folks.
