On Wednesday the NHL and Adidas revealed the 2018 NHL All-Star jerseys.

There are four jerseys, one representing each division. In the Eastern Conference the Atlantic Division have a blue jersey with yellow trim (referred to as "UV Yellow") and the Metropolitan Division have a grey jersey also with yellow trim.

In the Western Conference the Pacific Division will wear white jerseys with orange trim (referred to as "Solar Red") and the Central Division will wear black jerseys with orange trim.

The team captains, as voted by the fans, were also revealed. This gave us a chance to see number font that will be on the back of
each jersey. All of the numbers feature lines in them which were
inspired by the Sunshine Skyway Bridge in Tampa.

A big note is if you choose to purchase the Fanatics version of this jersey they will continue to not provide Adidas branding on them. That means that the three stripes which are very prominent onthe actual jerseys will not appear on the Fanatics Breakaway jerseys.

Why don't the sleeve stripes wrap all the way around on a lot of these new jerseys? Is there a fabric shortage?
