The ECHL's newest team has finally unveiled their on ice jerseys, just in time for the ECHL preseason. Yesterday, Worcester Railers HC took on the Manchester Monarchs in Manchester, MA sporting their new white jerseys that will serve as their away jerseys for half the season, and home for the other half. The ECHL currently has a rule in place where teams will switch the home jerseys from light to dark midway through the season.

Up until this point, we had only seen a grey version of this jerseys, with the grey and white swapped between the striping, and only worn by their canine mascot. These jerseys have the same striping as the previously seen mascot jersey, with two thinner grey stripes surrounding the thicker navy stripe that connects to the arm stripes. The shoulders feature both the Islanders logo on the right (as the Railers are the ECHL affiliate of the New York Islanders and Bridgeport Sound Tigers) and a version of the Futures Collegiate Baseball League, Worcester Bravehearts logo as a symbol of unity between Worcester sports franchises.
This was also the first time fans got a proper view of the back of their team's jersey, that also answers a couple of questions about the design.

Following in the footsteps of the Minnesota Wild's new home and Florida Panthers' redesigned jerseys, the chest stripe does not continue to the back of the jersey. Railers HC has also chosen to go with a coloured name-bar, similar to the Flyers and several other minor league teams.
UPDATE: Special thanks to Bpoe for the new info

According to the NHL18 jersey line up, the Railers will wear a previously unseen navy blue version of the two other jerseys we've seen from Worcester as their dark jersey.
