That was the final COTW vote of September, meaning we can now move onto the COTW-September vote! The entrants are in the red poll on the side of the page. If you are logged into your Google account then you will be able to see the poll and place your vote before it ends on Friday at noon ET.

The COTW nominees for September 29 - October 5 have been listed in the black poll on the side of the page. Justin's Hurricanes concept was the only one nominated and seconded. We still have to have a vote though and so Justin was able to choose from the other three nominated concepts this week which one he wanted to go against. He chose Lucas' concept, so be sure to get your vote in before Friday at noon Eastern.

All of us writers are pleased with the launch of the new blog. You're getting your regular concept posts everyday at 4:30pm Eastern, plus we're also covering hockey aesthetic news, and the occasional opinion piece from any of the writers! There are some obvious bugs to work out with the new blog, but over time it will all fall into place and everything will be awesome! And we are aware that the COTW logos remain in the old colours. They will stay that way for the remainder of 2017.
